Goals.
So its a another New Year. And if you all are like me you are looking back and wondering "Where did all the time go?" Well I know some points where I truly wasted time, and points where I treated it like gold. And you all probably have a new set of resolutions. that you are working on. I do.I know I have talked about this before but here it goes again. My resolution, nay... Goals for this year are to get in better shape and be happier. And to not stress out so damn much. The 2 I am starting to see go hand in hand. So the goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times a week. And of course to eat better. I may hit some folks up to go to the gym because I still feel a bit out of place there. But one of my goals that I'm excited about is that I want to run as many 5ks as I can and round out the year by running in a 10k. These are stepping stones to what my goal for next year is. This may sound incredibly stupid and out of reach but my goal is to run a marathon next year. But I guess I don't know if I can do it till I try. If you want to do then all you have to do is do it. Wish me luck.

I am rooting for you!! I've got some weight loss/fitness/resolutions/goals of my own to meet and I'm with you here from Winterfell... I mean Westerlo, NY ^_^

I realize that this is a girl blog, but you may find some inspiration. She lost a significant amount of weight and went from non-exerciser to planning to run in the (canceled) NYC Marathon. Also, she loves beer.
